Lori V. Gagnon, joined Colonial in 2011 to develop the Customer Care Team. Her experience includes serving as Vice President of Customer Care and Customer Operations with the K-Mart Corporation and Vice President of Sales and Marketing with the W.C. Redmon Company. Lori’s experience includes extensive development of Customer Service Teams, creating and enacting customer-centric policies, and enacting one-call resolution programs. At Colonial, Lori is responsible for all aspects of the Customer Care Department, Impression Team, and the Remote Management Center, which connects to 110 parking locations and provides 24/7 customer support. Lori and her team administer over 90,000 monthly accounts and ensure each customer across our entire 275-location portfolio receives an exceptional level of care. Lori is a member of Women in Parking (WIP), the DC Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW DC) and Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR).
