For over 25 years, Colonial Parking has been a very proud partner of DC-based Jubilee Jobs and we are very excited to be recognized as one the top Employers of the Year for 2018. With offices in Southeast and Northwest, Jubilee Jobs is a local organization that works with local residents to help develop job skills, gain job placement and excel in their careers. Unlike other job placement agencies, Jubilee Jobs provides free job placement and support services to individuals on an on-going basis after initial training and placement. They maintain continuous contact with employees to help further candidates’ careers once they find employment.

Colonial has supported Jubilee Jobs for the past 25-plus years by being a donor, as well as an employer for many Jubilee clients. Our Impression Specialist, Treasure McKiever, found us through Jubilee and spoke on her experience at a recent benefit breakfast. “I got the phone call telling me I had gotten the job. I felt like I had finally accomplished a goal in my life. I am only 20 years old and I am working right next to the Vice President of a well-known company that is constantly progressing. I have been at Colonial Parking for a month and I can say it has truly been an amazing experience. It is a true blessing to be a part of this journey and all the opportunities that it brings.”
