Brandon Smith brings over 25 years of parking management expertise to his role as General Manager. Throughout his career, he has successfully led operations across a wide range of venues and environments, including the Maryland Stadium Authority, home to M&T Bank Stadium and Camden Yards, as well as the City of Richmond, National Harbor, and The District Wharf in Washington, D.C.

His leadership style blends operational excellence with a strong focus on customer experience, ensuring seamless and efficient parking solutions in some of the region’s most complex and high-traffic locations. Brandon’s deep industry knowledge and proven track record make him a trusted leader in parking management.

Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Mars Hill University.
