Colonial Parking believes that

having a strong, more robust knowledge of our locations helps to better serve our customers, so we conceptualized a plan to provide interactive training to our office staff, while also being efficient in use of our time and resources.

Our Customer Care and Remote Management Center Managers organized a plan to visit garages, touring facilities and gaining first hand knowledge from the on-site staff, all while live streaming the event for our office staff. During the tour, they can send in questions and comments for a completely interactive experience.

Thus far, this has been completed at two facilities in Crystal City, but we plan to grow and improve the program as we continue. We’re very excited about our next tour and how specialized training can help our employees and, in turn our customers.
